This is my suggestion for Sunday supper.
Wash and dry meat, the season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, hot paprika, dried herbs, onion powder.
Heat the frying pan with a oil, then fry the meat of each sides untill golden brown. Take the meat out, put the mushrooms on the pan and fry untill all water from mushrooms evaporate.
Add the ketchup, plums, tomato concentrate, bay leaves, all spices, water and cook and mix for a 1 miuntes.
Put the meat into a ovenproof dish, also add everything from the pan.
Close the dish and bake in the preheated oven to 190 C for 80 minutes.
During baking the meat turn a few times, the meat will not dry.
