It is realy good idea of lunch.
In a bowl combine the cheeses, egg, herbs and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper. Grease a large baking tray, cut into squares 12 x 12cm. Place 1 heaped tablespoon of filling in the centre of each, leaving a wide border. Brash the edges with a little water and form each pastry into envelope.
Place on a baking tray, leaving room for them to spread. Cover and refrigerate the pastries for last 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
Serve with fresh salad.
