These ribs are gently sweet and spicy flavor.
Cut the ribs into a small spieces, season with salt, black pepper and sweet papper. Heat thee oil in a frying pan and fry the ribs until golden brown, then add the onions and garlic, continue the frying until the onions becomes soft.
Remove everything from the pan and put it on the bottom of slow cooker. Cover with ketchup and tomatoes, slightly mix, cover and cook in a low heat for a 3-4 hours, until the meat will be very tender. If is not enough sauce add some water.
Serve with a wild rice, barley or pasta.
If you have’t a slow cooker, you can cook in a preheated oven to 200C for 1,5-2 hours.
