It is really nice, yummy.
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, dried chilli. ( chicken should be well seasoned )
Set aside for half a hour.
Cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water until very tender.
Drain and mash until smooth, and add milk, 3 tablespoon of butter, nutmeg.
Spoon the potatoes around the edge of the prepered dish.
Melt the butter in a pan until foaming add chopped onion and mushrooms,( don’t cut the mushroom , if there are small). Season with salt, black peppper to taste. Add a lot of oregano, mix well.
When all water form mushrooms is evaporated pour cream in.
Add prepered chicken. Simmer it for a 5 minute.
Now , you can add 3/4 of grated cheese. Mix well. Season to taste again.
Put the mixture in the midlle of the dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese mixed with a little cream.
Bake in the oven at 220 C in 30 minute. Serve hot with salad.
