Very tasty, crusty biscuits, I love them.

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the peanuts butter and mix well. In a second bowl blend the eggs and stir in the butter mixture.

Stir in the flour, baking powder and soda.

Preheat the oven to 190 C

Grease a baking sheets. Spoon out rounded teaspoonfuls of the dough and roll into balls.

Please the bowl on the baking sheets and pres flat with a fork into circles . Bake in the oven until lightly coloured, about 15 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
