Separate the egg yolks and whites, beat the egg yolks with sugarand vanilla sugar until smooth and fluffy. Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve, then add it into the eggs mixture, mix very gently, slowly pour in the egg liqueur and oil, all of the time mix with an electric mixer on the slow speed.

Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks and add into egg liqueur – advoccat mixture, stir with wooden spoon. Drop the 3/4 of mixture into a greased tin.

To the remainder the batter, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, mix well and unfold the batter at the top of the white batter. Bake in preheated oven to 180C and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Stand cake in tin for 5 minutes before turning out into a wire rack over a tray to cool completely. Dust with the icing sugar.
