This dish is good for both cold and warm.
Cut the tenderloin into a 1cm slices and floatten slightly, Season with salt, chilli powder and black pepper. Grease a baking tin with a oil and put meat slices. On each piece of meat put the muschroom slices, onion rings and mayonnaise and top with the cheese and and smear mayonnaise.
Bake in a preheated oven to 200C for 20-30 minutes.
