This popular pizza is spiced with green chillies and pepperoni. I love it 😉
To make basic pizza dough : sift the flour into a large bowl . Stir in the salt, sugar, yeast and pour in the water and oil and mix a spoon to a soft dought. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with clear film. Leave in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size. Knock back the dough, then turn on to a lightly floured surface and knead again. Roll out as required and place on a greased baking sheet. Push up the edge to make a rim. The dough is now ready for topping.
Preheat the oven to 220C. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base. Arrange the sliced pepperoni and chillies over the tomato sauce on the pizza base and scatter the olives over the pepperoni and sprinkle with oregano or basil. sprinkle over the grated mozzarella and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pizza is crisp is and golden. Garnish with fresh basil or oregano leaves and erve immediately.
