I love potatoes, I do them in different ways.
This potatoes are yummy, sometimes taste like chips.
In a big pan with salted, boiled water cook the slices potatoes for a 3 minutes. Drain potatoes. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, remove the pan from the heat and add alternate layers of potato, onion slices, cheese,dried oregano, starting and ending with potatoes. Each layers season with black pepper and slightly salt.
Put the pan back over a low heat. Fry for 30 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and underside has browned.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill, place the frying pan under the grill for 10-15 minutes to brown the top. Serve warm with fried eggs and salad.
